The more I use gel, the more I think the base and top coats become important.

In particular, the repair base causes less damage to the nails, so I think it would be good for beginners as well.

Gel nails can last for over a week.

I heard that if you apply it too thinly to increase adhesion, it won't last long.

I think I'll have to try different things to get a feel for the right thickness.
