Matte Top Gel

I use two types of matte top gels. The first is Bessie, and the second is Bijou Mer. Unlike regular top gels that create a glossy finish, these provide a matte finish. Bijou Mer is more expensive than Bessie, but I find myself reaching for Bessie more often. I don't really use Bijou Mer because it feels like it leaves a residue.

If you're tired of glossy nails, trying matte nails is a refreshing change. Even if you just apply a solid color, finishing with a matte finish looks so pretty!
