When removing a manicure after a long time
I have to scrape it off with a file and remove it with a remover.
Honestly, it was a hassle, so I used to just peel it off with my hands.
Then, I could see my thumbnail turning white and the inner part separating.
I searched on Naver and it says onycholysis.
They said it would go back to normal as the nails grew.
It has gotten much better, but it feels like about 6 months have passed.
The middle part isn't coming back.
Should I cut my nails even shorter and wait for new ones to grow?
Since it is the thumb, it is used more than expected for things like cutting, peeling, and gripping, so I think that is why it is even more so.
