Nails and Nutrition

I can't do my nails, so my sister always does them for me.

But when I saw her after removing her nails, it looked like they must have hurt a lot. They looked pretty when she had them on, but seeing as it is, doing your nails all the time isn't good for you either.

They say it's good to take breaks.
