그 정도면 아쉬워도 일단 쉬어주는게 좋을 거 같아요ㅜ 손톱 영양제나 강화제 발라주시고요!
I get gel nails at a salon about once every two months, but my nails have been splitting really badly.
My nails have gotten so thin that they tear horizontally, and it hurts so much. I know gel nails aren't good for nail health, but I can't give up on them because they're pretty.
How do you guys take care of your gel nails?

중간에 쉬어주는거 밖에 방법이 없는거 같아요ㅜㅜ 그리고 쉬어줄때 영양제강화제 꼭 발라주시고요. 국산제품이든 해외제품이든 네일로 유명한 브랜드거는 다 효과 좋은거같아요.
