The nail salon I want

I can't grow my nails long for my job and have to keep them short, so

I have never had nail art done before.

But maybe because I haven't been able to do it, I'm so jealous when I see people who have.

I'd like to get it done even briefly. Are there any nail salons that can do that?

I’m asking if it’s possible to get my nails done with the short nails I want at any place.
