How do you take care of your nails?

I'm really not good with my hands when it comes to beauty.

All I do to my hands is apply hand cream.

It's something you apply.

I hate even looking at things that grow like thorns on my hands

Is there no easy way to manage something like this?

As a working mom, I'm so busy that it's hard to find time to get my nails done, so it's always a dilemma.
