I have dehydrated oily skin, and since I was getting flaky and my texture was a mess, I was just blindly exfoliating and going overboard with AHA and BHA.

It got much, much worse, so I scrubbed more and things like that.

But this is a total mess because my skin barrier completely broke down, yet being stupid with oily skin, I just used a scrub because I'm prone to dead skin cells and excess sebum...

My makeup absolutely wouldn't apply and it was a total mess, so I did some research and found out that I should skip all skincare steps and just apply a generous amount of regenerating cream.

I only looked for and tried regenerating creams, and while the basic ingredients were Secol, I searched for ones mainly containing Centella Asiatica or Cica.

The three famous items were Estra Cream, La Roche-Posay B5, and Bioderma Pomade Cream.

When my skin was in bad condition, using a cream pack with La Roche-Posay products used to help it heal well, but this time my skin condition was so severe that I didn't even take that.

I went to a friend's house, applied a generous amount of this product, and tried it, and my skin completely healed. It wasn't bought with my own money, but with a friend's.

It feels like applying a super thick ointment, and the finish is completely shiny and greasy.

If you apply a generous amount before bed, you need to sleep with a towel underneath.
