Please recommend a moisturizing cream.

I'm getting breakouts on my face, perhaps because of the humidity since it's summer. I'm trying to keep my skincare routine light, but the cream I've been using well until now feels a bit too heavy for summer. My skin is sensitive, and lately it feels like my atopic dermatitis is flare-up, so I'm hesitant to apply anything. I used to use Illiyoon Ceramide Lotion and Real Barrier Cream, and they suited me well. Could you possibly recommend a gentle cream suitable for summer?
