Are there any lotions that are good for oily skin?

My oily skin is extremely oily, so oil starts to surface just an hour after I go out.

Also, since I only applied toner and then sunscreen, it felt like my skin was cracking, and the rest of my body felt a bit tight, except for my T-zone.
