요즘 계절 영향도 큰 것 같고, 수분 부족이나 피로 누적돼도 바로 티 나더라구요. 저도 잠 못 자거나 스트레스 많을 때 갑자기 푸석해졌어요. 물 많이 마시고 보습 좀 집중해서 해주니까 며칠 지나서 좀 돌아왔어요.
