Skin regeneration care for people in their 40s
2026.01.18 18:28
I squeezed a pimple last week, but breakouts keep popping up around my mouth. Now they're appearing on my cheeks too. It hurts just to the touch, looks unsightly, and bothers me, but every time I squeeze it, it just comes back. I'm really worried about what to do these days. My forehead, around my mouth, and nasolabial folds have also noticeably widened, so I've been applying a generous amount of snail regenerating cream—which is supposed to be good for regeneration—and using collagen-based skincare. I really want to try a good regenerating cream, but I'm not sure which product is best. I think trying it out in person is the best way. I've tried testing products at the store, but as I get older, my skin has become more sensitive than it was in my 20s. Since there are so many types of regenerating creams, it's hard to choose. Now that I'm in my 40s, it feels like my skin isn't regenerating as well, so I really need to use a regenerating cream, but I worry every day about how I should take care of my skin.
