Has anyone found a skin regeneration cream effective for managing acne scars?

Since my 20s, I have suffered from adult acne that suddenly appeared, and I have received improper extraction procedures at a dermatology clinic multiple times. However, after the extractions, pitting has formed in my skin. I am told I need laser treatment, but the cost of visiting a dermatologist is quite a burden. Are there any regenerating creams that are effective for acne scars?

I've been using La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm B5 lately, and I'm wondering if there is a regenerating cream that is more effective than this. It does take a long time for my skin to regenerate, though.
If you happen to see any results from a regenerating cream, please recommend them to me.
