Is EGF regenerating cream okay for sensitive skin?

Hello, my skin is sensitive, so I always have a hard time choosing cosmetics.
I recently became interested in EGF regenerating cream because I heard it is good for skin regeneration, but I am wondering if it is safe for sensitive skin to use.

Has anyone used EGF regenerating cream before?
I would like to hear your honest feedback on whether you experienced any redness or skin trouble after use, and how effective it was.
