For elasticity, which is the right choice: Reninol, Peptide, or Collagen?
I hear a lot about Reninol these days. I know it's good, but I'm not sure if it will suit my skin.
I've heard that peptides are good for skin elasticity, but I'm not sure what difference it makes if I use Reninol and peptides together.
Now that collagen is being mentioned, I can't quite figure out which combination—reninol, peptide, or collagen—is effective.
I was more cautious because I heard Reninol can be irritating, and I was also worried because peptides are said to be mild.
Since there are ingestible and topical collagens, and Reninol Peptide Collagen are all different, it was very difficult to choose.
I thought it would be nice if someone could tell me what criteria to use when comparing Reninol Peptide Collagen.
On days when my skin is sensitive, I was worried about Reninol, but I also wondered if using only peptides would be insufficient.
I've heard that I need to use collagen consistently, but I have absolutely no idea how to combine Reninol Peptide Collagen.
So I keep wondering whether I should start with Reninol, Peptide, or Collagen.
