Please recommend a skin barrier cream.

I felt like I was going to die from the sebum and sweat in the summer, but humans are so fickle. Now that the cold wind is blowing and it's getting chilly, I feel like I'm going crazy because of the skin troubles and dead skin cells caused by the change of seasons. I would go insane if it were just one of those, but to have a party of dead skin cells and breakouts... I think my skin barrier has completely collapsed. How do you manage your skin barriers after they've been damaged during the change of seasons? No matter what I apply, it doesn't feel like my skin is absorbing it; it just feels like it's sitting on the surface. In the past, when my skin barrier was compromised, I used B5 Cream a lot, but it was too oily and heavy, so it was a burden for me as someone with acne-prone skin. I found out about Atobarrier 365 Cream through an acquaintance and have been using it well since last year. However, since my dead skin cells and breakouts are exploding specifically right now, I need an emergency remedy. Please recommend any skincare products or creams for when the skin barrier is compromised.
