Because I have heavy periods, from the start of my period until about the 4th day...
I've always used 42cm overnight pads.
Even so, sometimes it leaked.
But ever since I found out about wearable overnights, whenever there is a sale somewhere
I always stock up on this haha. I don't have to worry about leaks, and best of all, it's really comfortable and great for sleeping.
There are various brands available, but I think I've used all of them without being picky as long as they are IF O'GAR.
