Overnight wear for heavy flow days

Do you all feel relieved when you sleep on that day...?

I have a heavy flow and toss and turn a lot, so even when I wore overnight pads, they would leak if I didn't stuff them with tissue paper. However, a few years ago, I started using a wearable type of overnight pad, and since there is absolutely no leakage no matter how I sleep, my quality of life has skyrocketed!! Of course, sanitary panties might be healthier, but I think there is nothing better than this when traveling or sleeping at a friend's house, so if anyone hasn't tried it yet, I highly recommend it. You might not be able to go back to your life before you met... haha.
