I recommend White's wearable overnight pads.

I make sure to use this product before going to sleep, especially on the nights of the 2nd and 3rd days when my flow is heavy.

It absolutely, positively won't leak, so I can fall asleep with peace of mind when using this product.

It is a bit bulky, so I can only wear it at home, but it is really comfortable.

It is better to buy a slightly larger size, and although it is more expensive than regular sanitary pads, it is a product worth more than the cost.
