When I heard that feminine hygiene products are included in inner beauty, this wearable overnight product came to mind.

Every sanitary pad brand has an overnight product, and you have likely tried many of them. These panty-style pads are also well-made these days, offering a great feel and comfortable fit. While regular overnight pads are convenient and less stressful to sleep with, I found that I couldn't completely eliminate any self-consciousness. (There is no leakage down the back, but I constantly feel like I am wearing a pad, and if there is some side leakage, it sometimes stains my underwear.)

Panty-style ones are really comfortable; you can wear them in any position, don't have to worry about anything at all, and are great for you. Psychologically too.

However, since it is a panty-style pad, I feel guilty about using a large disposable item when I throw it away. So, I tend to use it only on the first and second nights when my flow is heavy. On the first day, my body feels particularly sluggish and I suffer from menstrual cramps, so it is nice to be able to sleep rolling around without worrying about leakage at all.
