Use tampons around the time your period ends

 

I felt a sense of aversion when I first encountered it.

 

I failed a few times too, haha.

 

It is incredibly inconvenient when you put it in incorrectly.

 

It feels like stuffing your nose with tissue when you have a nosebleed.

 

Honestly, it doesn't feel that great when putting it in and taking it out.

 

My menstrual flow wasn't heavy either.

 

My flow is light enough that I can wear a panty liner for 3 out of 6 days, so I'm satisfied with using tampons.

Rather than general daily use

 

I recommend trying this out comfortably during water activities on days with high activity levels.

 

However, please refrain from water activities on days with heavy flow.
