Sofy Body Fit sanitary pads are such a famous item that I think everyone has probably tried them at least once. They are great value for money and don't have any major drawbacks, so I have been using them consistently.

I find it helpful to use products with a slight scent when I'm occasionally bothered by the smell. Although some say scented products aren't good, I understand that it doesn't really matter unless you use them every day!

Since it is a long liner, I could use it without much discomfort, and I liked that the cotton was soft. I think long liners are comfortable to use, except on days with heavy flow.
