I bought the Body Fit Convex Fit Overnight pads from GS Home Shopping. Overnight pads are expensive, but I was able to buy them a bit cheaper thanks to the reward points. I use Body Fit sanitary pads in large, medium, and overnight sizes; I bought these because I like the Body Fit line, but they are just average.

It says "Safe Sleep 33cm," but it doesn't feel that long, so it doesn't provide a deep sleep. Since the overnight pad isn't thick or long, I just peeled off the sticker, stuck it on properly, and am using it for the price.
