I recommend Good Day overnight pads.

I toss and turn a lot, both at night and in my sleep, and my flow is heavy, so I am extremely self-conscious during my period. I used to use large or large overnight pads, but then I discovered wearable overnight pads.

I alternate between White, Good Feeling, and Sofy, but I mainly use Good Feeling's wearable overnight pads. They are hygienic because they are individually packaged. The size is roomy enough to cover the hip area, so there is no pinching. They are also breathable, so I don't get the skin irritations that usually occur during my period.

Putting it on and taking it off is a bit restrictive for daily life, but other than that, it is a product I can't live without. I highly recommend it.
