It is very useful on the last day of a slightly booked trip when there is a lot of outdoor activity, as it is thicker than the existing liner.

It fits me perfectly even on days with light flow, so I am safely using this liner.

I'm not using it for urinary incontinence, though. Haha.

There are so many eyeliners coming out, but if they are just too thin, I can't tell if I'm actually using them or not.

I am currently using it on both the front and back depending on my period.
