I started using wearable sanitary pads quite late. I found out about them this summer through a friend's recommendation. It was a whole new world!

You don't have to worry about getting it on your bedding while sleeping at night. Most importantly, the pad doesn't get caught in the crease of your buttocks or slip, and it fits perfectly like underwear, with cleanup being neat and tidy. However, since it is bulky, the amount of waste seems to be more than double that of a regular pad. Although it is expensive per sheet, it is worth the price.
