I like it because it curls well and is easy to cleanse. As for smudging, it might vary from person to person, though.

I also tend to have oily skin around my eyes, but even if I wear makeup all day, it hardly smudges.

There is no flaking, and it lengthens the lashes well. I am satisfied.
