Among affordable mascaras, a recommended item is the Clio Kill Lash Volume Curling Mascara.

Usually, the famous Clio mascara is the Long Mascara known as the "red cap."

I bought the volume version with the black cap.

The duty-free shop employee told me that the one with the red cap is the most sought after, but the one with the black cap has less powder scattering.

After using it myself, I can confirm that there was definitely no smudging or powder scattering.
