It is a mascara. Many people are already using it, and it seems to be a product with good reviews. I have straight hair that is a bit long.

Since I have naturally thin eyelashes, if it rains, is windy, or the weather is too hot and I sweat a lot, my lashes droop even if I just applied makeup, and smudging around my eyes is quite severe. I prefer mascaras with a strong presence, so I used to use Maybelline mascaras. While the curling and presence were definitely solid, perhaps because I don't control the amount well, the smudging around my eyes was so bad by the afternoon that I always had to touch it up with a cotton swab. However, with this product, even though I went out in the morning and stayed out until late at night, there was almost no smudging around my eyes, and the curl stayed relatively intact. I chose and am using Curl Up Brown, and I like it even more because the subtle yet distinct brown color looks innocent and pretty.
