Using it so my mascara doesn't smudge^^

Whenever I apply foundation, my under-eyes smudge so much that I end up looking like a panda.

If you set it with Etude House Dr. Mascara Fixer and then apply the Super Waterproof Mascara, it smudges less over time. Since my eyelashes are short, it does get on my under-eyes a little, but I think it would be good for those with long eyelashes.

I don't think there's anything better than this in the summer.
