Please recommend a mascara.

I'm currently using the black Kiss Me mascara, and it turns out the expiration date has passed quite a while ago.

I heard that you shouldn't use expired mascara because it touches your eyes.

So I'm looking to buy a new mascara. Please recommend one that doesn't smudge or clump.
