Are most mascaras waterproof these days?

I don't really wear mascara, though.

I do it sometimes, and when I wash up in the evening

I even do a second cleanse with oil and foam.

The mascara didn't come off easily...

I do have eye remover, but I rarely use it because it's a hassle...

Are all mascaras like that these days?
