What mascara fixer do you use?

My eyelashes are on the longer side, but they droop completely downwards, so it takes a long time to use an eyelash curler.

The problem is that even if I work hard curling my lashes and applying mascara, it rains, is very windy, or right before it rains.

In humid weather, my lashes droop again as if I hadn't used an eyelash curler.

In this case, does using a mascara fixer help with the staying power?

Please recommend a mascara fixer that doesn't have a strong scent and isn't irritating.
