eyelashes

I've been buying and wearing disposable false eyelashes. However, there are many times when the adhesive wears off, causing them to droop to the side or fall under my eyes, which is quite disconcerting. I'm wondering if there is a specific way to make my eyelashes last longer. Also, perhaps because I don't have double eyelids and my eyes lack strength, my eyelashes don't seem to support my own weight very well. So, even though I thin them out before applying them, it is still difficult to keep them in place.
