Maybelline New York Falsies Waterproof Mascara

I bought the Maybelline New York Falsies Waterproof Mascara because it's famous... It applies well to make my lashes look dense and voluminous, which is nice, but I haven't been using it because it clumps too easily and is inconvenient. You know that effect where it smudges excessively around the eyes? It's supposed to apply just the right amount, but it smudges way too much, giving me a panda look... It just doesn't suit me.
