Failed purchase with my own money - Etude Dr. Mascara Fixer

I bought the Etude Mascara Fixer to use as a mascara during my busy morning commute. However, my upper and lower lashes keep sticking together, and it feels thick and sticky, like glue. I liked it because it curled my lashes well, but as it dried over time, this downside appeared. Still, it would be a waste to throw it away, so I guess I should keep using it... Next time, I'll make sure to test it out before buying.
