Please recommend a cost-effective mascara that doesn't clump and lasts well.

I’ve tried all sorts of mascaras so far, but I haven't been satisfied with any of them. Maybe it’s because I’m not using them correctly, but anyway, my eyelashes clump so much and just droop down again quickly.

It might be because my eyelashes are short and weak, but anyway, I'm not satisfied with the mascara.

Real mascara is hard to apply and not easy.
