Fillimilli Moist Puff

A must-have when applying base! While applying foundation with it damp definitely makes it apply well and gives a moist finish, when I'm short on time, simply patting it on works better than other puffs. It might be a common drawback of puffs, but it seems like you need more foundation with the Fillimilli product if you apply it while it's wet. Still, I'm satisfied because the adherence is much better than using my fingers or a brush.
