The Shiseido eyelash curler is good.

I bought this a few years ago while traveling abroad because it was cheaper overseas. I used to use a silver Shiseido eyelash curler, but I heard the gray one was better, so I bought it to try and ended up sticking with this one. It curls my lashes really tight, and it seems like they fall out less. If I use this first and then use an eyelash straightener, my lashes curl up well even in the summer. I think eyelashes are the most important part of makeup, after all.
