Mitsuyoshi Sponge

Mitsuyoshi Sponge: It's just a latex sponge, but even without wetting it, it feels moist and bouncy, as if it were. If you generously spray a setting spray or mist onto the smooth side of the sponge and pat it in, the foundation applies smoothly and doesn't smudge easily. Even when it does wear off, it stays clean (though this does help prevent foundation from burning). I consider it a summer essential.
