I recommend an eyelash curler.

These are the beauty tools I use together: Kiss Me Eye Serum and an eyelash curler. I used to curl my eyelashes using a lighter and cotton swabs, but using them every time I did my makeup was too much of a hassle and inconvenient. So, while looking for a dedicated eyelash curler, I found one selling for under 10,000 won and decided to buy it. Since it runs on batteries, it is convenient to carry around in a pouch without needing to carry a separate charger. Also, the heat doesn't get too intense, so it doesn't burn my eyelashes or cause cuts on my skin, which is why I've been using it quite well. Since it applies heat directly, I was worried it might damage my lashes, so I am also using Kiss Me Eye Serum along with it. If you feel that using just an eyelash curler isn't quite enough, I think trying a dedicated eyelash curler would be a good idea.
