The Shiseido one was good, but the new Laneige one I bought seems pretty decent too.

The part where you put your fingers in and grip is really tight? Should I say firm? There was also a plastic fixing pin-like thing that holds it in place so it doesn't come apart after use.

Since the rubber part is new... naturally it's firm...

It looked pretty good to me.
