I've settled on this product for my eyelashes.

I find that eyeliners that are too long or flashy look awkward and stifling on my eyes. I prefer products that are subtle enough to look natural—making it look like I'm not wearing any—and this product suits my eyes perfectly. There are so many pieces that it's easy to apply without feeling overwhelmed. Since they are disposable, you can use them once and throw them away, or cut individual strands to reuse.
