It's a brush from The Face Shop.

I am using this as a cream foundation brush. I used it long before COVID because my face is large and my forehead is very wide. It has a moderate length when held in one hand, and the broad bristles are optimal for large areas. I liked that it doesn't soak in as much as a puff brush. The downside is that the brush gets dirty very quickly.
