The print on the handle is peeling off because I've used it for a long time, but as the name suggests, it is a product meant to be used on wet hair.
If you use it after washing your hair and before applying essence, your hair doesn't tangle much and combs smoothly.
I've tried the Tangle Teezer too, but this is much better.
