Is there anyone who uses this well?

I bought this because I heard that dabbing foundation with a sponge applies it better, but... it just doesn't seem to work... Maybe I'm just not knowing how to do it...🤣🤣

Maybe it's because I used a dry puff instead of a damp one...

It's not even spreading properly...

So I used one and left it as is....😭
