Too Cool for School Puff

This is the Too Cool for School Art Class Artist Blender Puff. The puff is on the thicker side, and the texture is so soft and bouncy. I tend to apply a thin layer of foundation, and it applies well without smudging. I also like that if you wet it with water, you can apply it for a super dewy finish.
