This is an eyelash curler, a beauty accessory I bought with my own money. Beautifully curled eyelashes are lovely and attractive. That is why many people get eyelash perms, but you can also easily curl them at home using an eyelash curler. I found it works best when done on dry skin after washing my face. Curling your eyelashes with a curler before applying mascara makes your eyelash makeup look much better.
