There is no shedding yet, and it applies evenly. The bristles are quite dense, and when I touched them, they felt incredibly soft yet firm. It really showed me why you need to apply foundation with a brush, haha. It creates a smooth complexion so well that I bought several. I thought it was portable, but it is actually a medium size, so it isn't inconvenient. The engraved logo looks luxurious! You have to wash it frequently if it gets dirty, and since it dries out quickly, you have to clean it often. So far, I am satisfied with it.
