It's a blush brush. I bought it at Daiso, and the product is pretty good.

I don't wear much makeup, but I like that just applying blush makes me look radiant when I go out.

The bristles are soft, so it feels really nice against my cheeks.

The color payoff is also well expressed without clumping.

I don't have many beauty tools, but brushes are an item I buy occasionally.
